Job Description:
- Lead and manage reservoir engineering studies, including reservoir performance analysis, well test analysis, and field development planning.
- Provide technical expertise in reservoir characterization, simulation, and optimization to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production strategies and enhance field performance.
- Conduct economic evaluations and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on offshore operations.
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
