With a strong foundation in legal, regulatory, and compliance practice, Nnamdu EGWUENU brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Platform Petroleum Limited as the Head, Corporate Legal & Compliance. Nnamdu has spent years honing his expertise across Nigeria’s oil and gas sector, supporting upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, as well as managing non-oil business functions.

Nnamdu plays a key strategic role at Platform Petroleum, offering high-level legal counsel and aligning corporate legal strategy with the company’s long-term business objectives. Known for his collaborative approach with government agencies and industry leaders, he has led and supported numerous high-stake projects, including multi-million-dollar drilling operations, acquisitions, and infrastructure developments.

He earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and BL from the Nigerian Law School with Second Class Honors (Upper Division) and possesses a Master of Laws. He also holds a Contract Law certificate from Harvard, a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACiArb), UK.
