Mr. Alabson Martin is a professional Accountant who joined the company in February 2007 as one of the pioneer Staff of the Accounting Department.

He has over 19 years’ experience in Accounting, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, Performance Management, Policy and banking having worked in various capacities in Platform Petroleum and United Bank for Africa Plc.

He is a graduate of Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi with Distinction and a graduate of Accounting from Delta State University with second class upper division. He holds a Master’s Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Chartered Accountant with Association of Certified Charted Accountant, England (ACCA), an associate of the Chartered Institute of taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Certified Internal Auditor with Institute of Internal Auditors, USA (IIA). 

Mr. Alabson Martin Started his career in United Bank For Africa Plc and later joined Platform Petroleum Limited where he  held various position from being an Accountant to Head Control and Planning, Head Internal Control and Compliance, Internal Control Manager, Ag. General manager, Platform Consolidated Investments Limited, Finance Manager and recently the General Manager Finance.
