The management journey began as a Senior Magisterial Officer at Brent Magistrates Courts United Kingdom, where she played a pivotal role in the administration of justice. This experience instilled a strong sense of integrity, responsibility, precision, and the ability to perform under pressure.  Subsequently, transitioned into the healthcare sector and dedicated over 20 years of service to Imperial College NHS Trust. As a General Manager, she managed multiple departments within the Urgent Care Centre, consistently demonstrating adaptability and a track record of delivering results.

Later, the journey continued to the realm of oil and gas exploration and production as the General Manager of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Platform Petroleum Limited. Focusing on overseeing critical functions of human capital, supporting the implementation of the strategic vision and leadership, and driving corporate success while fostering a collaborative work culture.
