Dr. Solomon O. Inikori is a petroleum engineer, energy executive, and pastor with
more than 35 years of global oil and gas experience. He serves as Managing
Director of Vein Petroleum Company Limited and Integrated Field Development
Consultants (IFDC), and as Consultant Chief Technical Officer of R28 Energy
Limited, providing strategic leadership across field development, exploration,
asset optimization, and energy projects.

Dr. Inikori, a former Shell leader, has led major multidisciplinary teams and
contributed to multibillion-dollar deepwater developments, delivering significant
value through field optimization, reserves and resource evaluation, and
development planning.

Beyond the energy industry, he is passionate about mentorship, leadership
development, and community transformation. He serves as Senior Pastor at
Charismatic Renewal Ministries, Houston – Grace and Glory Sanctuary.

Dr. Inikori holds a PhD in Petroleum Engineering and is a Professional Engineer
(Texas), a COREN-registered engineer, and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of
Engineers (FNSE).
