Chief Dumo Owukori Lulu-Briggs, a visionary leader, serves as the Chairman of Platform Petroleum Limited and extends his leadership to DLB Marine Limited, Bluewave’s Marine and Construction Company Limited, and other prominent entities in the Oil, Gas, and Marine sectors.

With over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Chief Lulu-Briggs has held significant roles, including General Manager and Pioneer Executive Director/COO of Moni Pulo Limited from 1995 to 2002.

A globally recognized leader, Chief Lulu-Briggs has received prestigious accolades such as the 2023 Fin Oil and Gas Outstanding Community Service Award from Fin Investment USA and the 2021 Forbes Best of Africa Energy Personality of the Year.

In 2010, he was honoured as The Best Parastatal Board Chairman of the Year by International Maritime Publications Limited, publishers of the esteemed International Maritime Digest. He has also been awarded the Nation Builders Merit Award. Chief Lulu-Briggs’ dedication to humanitarian excellence earned him the 2016 African Achievers Award for Humanitarian Excellence and the 2015 Honorary Rotarian Award. Chief Lulu-Briggs holds an LLB from Ahmadu Bello University, obtained in 1985, and an LLM from the London School of Economics (University of London), completed in 1987.
