Mrs. Uyono Onovo is an accomplished finance professional with more than 21
years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Her career spans the United States
and Nigeria, and she has extensive expertise in financial management, project
and capital accounting, tax and royalty, regulatory compliance, business process
governance, and financial analysis.

She spent 21 years with Chevron, working for Chevron USA in Houston for 10 years
and Chevron Nigeria Limited in Lagos for another 11 years. During her tenure, she
held a range of accounting, finance, compliance, and leadership roles across
upstream and downstream operations. She brings a strong record of leading
multidisciplinary teams, delivering projects within approved budgets,
safeguarding capital assets, building constructive relationships with regulatory
and tax authorities, and strengthening corporate governance and compliance.

Mrs. Onovo has been serving on the Board of Rhofurd Energy Limited since 2020,
where she contributes to the company’s strategic direction, risk management,
regulatory compliance, and executive oversight.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a minor in
International Studies, from the University of Houston, and a Master of Business
Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Mrs. Onovo is passionate about giving
back to her community and mentoring young women.
