- Protect damage to the environment.
- Controlling damage to company assets and equipment
- Protecting and laundering company image positively.
- Returning to operations as soon as possible.

| In the light of this, Company shall: |

Give precedence to emergency response calls over normal operations.

Provide appropriate organization, procedures, facilities and personnel with the right competency to ensure emergency is managed safely and professionally.

Maintain contact with relevant government departments, organizations and other third parties for the quick resolution of the emergency.

Conduct regular testing of the emergency response systems to ascertain effectives and any defects promptly rectified.

Ensure that contractors, working for Platform Petroleum Limited, manage their emergency response in such a way that is line with this policy.
